Not yet, I'm going to surgery on thursday and there is no intention of it being delivered before my surgery. So it will probably be when I'm well enough to get out of bed. Today he was shooting the special paint on the banjo steering wheel and the other pieces on the car that need to be ivory.

The seats are red temporary ones for test driving the car, mine will be similar but in ivory leather.
Thanks guys, I should be getting better by this time next week.

Ron, your not being a trouble maker at all. The simple truth is the car is about 3 months behind. I had hoped it would be in the beginning of summer, but it doesn't really surprise me that it is now the end of summer.

The license plate light is exactly where I want it!!!! You guys crack me up. Of course with the single bar overrider tube in the back and if the license plate was down low, no plate in the front, the coppers wouldn't be able to see my license plate when they are chasing me.

I love the 56, look with the shinedown license plate light, and also because Steve put LED brake lights inside the reverse light. Makes the perfect 3rd brake light.
I'm back, kind of, I can hardly talk and I'm hurten for certain. Looks like I will be delaying delivery for sometime after next weekend. I'm not going to up for until then. But it should be a good time after that!!!!

I already have planned a little trip to Branson in October with it, and a car show for the Covered Bridge Festival in October.

I had a dream in the hospital of my next car, it looked like Jim Wards car with no bumpers and all the chrome was gold plated instead. The paint had huge globbs of gold flake in it and the rims were some kind of outlaw gold spinners, and the seats were red and yellow Iowa State University colors!!!!! Then I woke up, thank god it was starting to scare me a little.
