Reply to "Personalized Plate"

Though not much of a clue, my intent was to go with VUU 356. The Cal DMV website showed it available, but the lady at the counter said a 3 alpha 3 numeric plate could not be issued because that is what was used back in the day (the precise reason I wanted it).
