Well they came back from the platers and I am bit disappointed.

The end peaces are plastic and I retouched them in black.
I found some more of the same parts but in steel, that could be chromed to make the intire assembley chrome.

What would you do? live with them? or what the heck chrome the needed peaces

Also check out the automatic emblem that will go where the 1600 super would have been. At least it gold plated up fine.

Steven , you may not be aware of all my post of the past three weeks My new rebuilt t-4 engine is a very. sick puppy that I may as well put it out of its misery its gonna have to be regone .
It hopefully will not be a total loss But my pocket book has run out. So I have a long wait before I can afford to fix it And that's not counting the sending off of the heads to be checked or any other parts I will have to wait on.

The wipers were the last of the body trim parts to be done. I have all the rest.
I really wanted the T-4 to work out. even if it had been smaller than a 2.0 I would have been pleased with a tough sturdy aluminum street engine.
Where I live you have heavy HWY patrols so 65 and 70 is about the limit. higher speed driving is out of the question.
