I am having a new JPS Speedster built so, my 2002 JPS Classic is FOR SALE.

It was built less than two years ago with an emphasis on authenticity. The car has 5000 miles and is in perfect condition. Exterior is Black (the paint-job is flawless); Interior is Tan Leather. Built on a Swing-Axle Pan with chrome wide-five wheels, the car's engine is a 1776 with dual Webers. This car has every special touch from black piping on the tan Speedster seats to Super Hubcaps, OEM Rear Reflectors, and cross-drilled rotors on the front discs.

If you know JPS quality, but don't want to wait ten weeks to have one built, take advantage of this opportunity. If I weren't building a new one, I would never part with this car!

Price is $24,000. Too much for a "used" Speedster? This car is far from "used" - it's simply broken-in, fully sorted-out, and fine-tuned - plus, it's worth it.

To see lots of photos visit www.infive.com/SPDST

The yellow-on-black CA plate "SPDST" is included for the right buyer. The car is located in the San Fernando Valley of Los Angeles. If you have any questions or would like to see/inspect/drive the car, e-mail me and we'll set it up.

Bill D., when I am anxiously awaiting something, like a new car for instance, everything seems to move in slow time. So it is with the Cabrio. I think making it to Carlisle is going to be more of a "squeaker" than I had thought a few weeks ago, but I am still confident that I will be there with the car. Steve is working diligently to get a new street rod out the door this week, and then will be more focused on finishing up mine. I'm not losing any sleep........yet.

Thanks to everyone for the very kind comments on my car. Perhaps if you all chipped in...

But seriously folks, I am building a replica of a 1958 Porsche Speedster Carrera GT (thus the new black-on-yellow CA plate "58 GT"). John Steele and I have been talking about doing this for over a year and I finally decided to just get it started. I will document the process and let everybody have a look when it's done.

"When will that be," you ask? John said, "No later than Thanksgiving." He was laughing at the time, but I think he was only half-joking. So, whoever buys my Speedster better live near here, 'cause I'm going to need some "top-down time" this summer from somewhere or someone!
The car is SOLD! Thanks to its being listed right here!

My beautiful little California Classic is headed to Indiana.
Oh well, at least we'll have another "registered owner" in
SpeedsterOwners.com.

I'm happy it sold to someone who obviously appreciates it
and will enjoy it. But, I'm sad to see it go...especially since
it leaves my garage...(pause for dramatic effect)...Speedsterless.
