My silver with red interior Vintage regular body Speedster goes on eBay tonight at 6:00pm Pacific.  The Buy It Now price is $22,500.  Here is a link to what the ad will look like, with all the pictures and the video.  It's a super sweet car and if my widebody didn't need paint, I would have considered selling the widebody and keeping it.  Also interesting that I never thought that I would like a red interior, but I really love it!  It's a very pretty dark red and not "in your face red" like I always thought.

Here is the cruise video from last Sunday morning.  Be sure to watch it in full screen and then click the little gear in the lower right and select 720p for high definition.

Looks almost exactly like my VS, same color and interior with chromes and moons. If somebody wants the classic look, this is sure one of the iconic paint and interior combo's.

I have those same seats and I have found them to be much more comfortable than the speedster buckets.

Love my car and your for sale car as well. You should move this one quickly I would imagine.

Good luck, T!

Thanks for the replies.  My broker may have found something with a suggested mileage around 3500 miles (but says specifically this is NOT a limit but just a rough guideline - NOT is capitalized in their text) with work endorsement and agreed value.    JC Taylor Modified Auto Agency.  Anyone know them - my broker is great so I do trust her.

If this doesn't work, I'll work my way around some of the suggestions.

I'm anxious to hear more about JC Taylor.  Let us know when you get the quote.

Well now that I think about it, I guess we could have just called a locksmith. Eh!
Just to explain how its possible to do something that stupid.  I wear an old pair of ratty shorts when I work in the garage and after I backed the car out of the garage and got hooked up to the Jaguar for towing I put the keys in my pocket for safe keeping.  Then I went in, took a shower and put on nice shorts for the trip.
I'll overnight them to Dave and he will have them on Tuesday.  Dave and his pretty wife Yvonne will be great new additions to the southern Cal Speedster gang.
