1915 with dual weber 44's wont get up and go....

I finally got my speedster running after rebulding the carbs, but above 4k RPM it boggs out. It idles fine but just doesnt want to rev up very high?

Im going to check the fuel pump pressure but figured i would see if there is anything that could be causing this?

After driving it around all night long tonight its seemed to get better just still seems to bog down when it gets high in RPM's
