Don't jump too fast , that looks like a full wheel based Perry that has been altered to appear to loosely resemble a Glock-er (car that is )
This is the exact same car as this one based on the license plate and the engine; different colored interior and carpet though.

Article says it is a kit from the 80's by MROZ.
Yup looks like a Perry D. They look ok in a picture but proportions in real life are off since its 10.5" longer than a Speedster.
Yup. That car has had several iterations in its liferime. Used to haveva horrible tan carpet kit. The wheels lost some of their shine since last time we saw it.
I remember seeing that kit advertised somewhere years ago, so I don't think it's a Perry. Doesn't look as bad as some until you notice the lack of tins in the engine compartment.
This is great for tall ex-basket ball players - the extra length can accommodate them PLUS there are NO doors (glassed shut?) so takes very long legs to enter the car.
Poor ugly duckling just wants a forever home.

From the extra photos in the set above it is clear that it has had a hard life. The pan is roached. Oxidization and surface rust everywhere. The one ad has some interesting verbiage: "shift linkage takes some getting used to. Clutch still engages so you can drive it..." Uhhh?
The proportions are all wrong. It looks like a stretch spyder (similar to a stretch limo).
