This car runs very well, it is very responsive and is fun to drive, currently tuned for high altitude(5k-9k ft). You'll get a lot of looks while on the road and a lot of questions about it. Truly a head turner...

This car is used but not abused, it does show some road rash on the lower front and on the quarter panels that are typical of a driver, it is not a "show queen", yet it has won a couple of "Best of Show", "Peoples Choice" and "1st in Class" awards.
Body is a '92 CMC fiberglass replica, based on a '68 shortened VW pan.
Sold as is/where is no warranty expressed or implied. Please serious inquires only, no time for 'tire kickers'.

Wolfgang, no replacement at this time. The wife and I talked it over and decided we will keep the Cobra and sell the Speedster. I'm losing my storage place sooner than planned and have sold off the '33 Vicki and the '55 Chevy already. We'll keep the Cobra and '56 F-100 here at home..

Crash, re: the gransports stripes in the German flag color, I got the idea from a fairly new red Carrera I saw that was sporting them, they are easily removed if desired.
