More photos, extensive new parts, all maintenance records.
Are you the original owner??
No. Matching numbers, driven less than 2000 miles per year during my ownership.

WOW....very CLEAN/CRISP......well taken care of!
What is the engine size on that year of 912?
The internet suggests that all 1976 912s had a TYPE 4/2 liter/90 HP motor/ Bosch fuel injection.
Oddly enough, it used the 911 chassis that they were attempting to PHASE OUT with the advent of the up and coming 924/928 rescue of Porsche sales. We all know how that went along with another 40 PLUS years of 911 madness, still in FULL BLOOM(LOL)
1965 through 1969 912's had a four cylinder 90 hp, carburetor engine. Less weight in the rear than a 911. Handles well.
Thanks for the assist Jim
Man I sure wish I could, Chuck. I LOVE that car.
I should NOT show my wife.
Hey Chuck, Its been a long time sense we hit the road with Posie. Does the yellow A sedan ring a bell ??
Love the 912 ! looks like its in great shape for its age. I will pass along the info to folks I think would be interested. You must still have the speedster right?
All the best, Dave
Hi Dave, sure do remember the trip, great time !! Hope you and your wife are doing well.
Posie is currently working on his JPS coupe.
Currently without a Speedster, 2016 Jaguar "F" R. I'm sure another Speedster will be in my future.
Hey Chuck, so you did sell the speedster. I'm still in the dreaming stage of owning one.
Posie sent me a few pictures and now working on the oil pan being to low to the ground. It will be nice when he's done. Carol also got the Jaguar bug. She went for the XJL in white with tan leather in 2015. Hope all is well and say hey to Jim for me. Great meeting you guys and wonderful memories on the road.
I'll let you know when I pull the trigger on a speedster. Meanwhile I'll just be hanging out on here and doing my road trips. lol
Any more 49 state tours ?
Yes, we've had excellent luck with Jaguars (despite their poor reputations in the past) starting with an "S" sedan followed by an XF, an XK, and now the F.
Not any at this time. I think the two I did will last me for a few more years. Maybe when I turn 70 I might do just the lower 48 in 5 days. LOL
Which F did you get? I was hoping the wife was going for the F coupe, but chose the big sedan after all those years of Big Beemers. She loves it though !
I'm looking for a speedster thats done. My building days are over with the back acting up. Just not as fun anymore working hard and long. I just want to jump in and drive. I can do the maintenance part ok, but a build would be hard. My dream is one with slate gray paint, brown interior, 2110 motor with freeway flyer trans and cool wheels. I've missed a few chances at one, but I need to sell my 50 Belair to make room. The other cars will stay.
Dave,
Got the "F" Coupe, the base model, Va Supercharged. Love the exhaust note !
Chuck,
That is a beautiful car and I agree on the sound. That should be a fun driver too ! The wife's sedan is big but nimble on the sport setting. Doesn't have your exhaust note. It has been great on long road trips just like the Beemer was.
Any bites on the 912 yet?
I have driven Chuck's 912, a beautiful ride. I also had the opportunity to pilot his Jaguar F... that was truly a unique driving experience :~) The "F" is for seriously ...F-F-F- ast.
Thanks Alan
