2 colours for interior...........which one?

I want it bright and airy...........so black is out altogether, I have it black at the moment and it's dull and depressing.

So it's Oxblood red.............or a brownish tan that seems to go with the majority of the cars that are sprayed the same colour as mine, which is what I am leaning towards at the moment.

So lets hear it?

Oooooo... Go with the oxblood, possibly with tan piping.

Personally, I'm not a fan of red color; for some reason, it just looks too much for "show", and not somewhere to feel confortable and relaxed.

I agree with Pedro. Go with a tan or saddle brown.

I'm with Lane, Oxblood seats and tonneau, with light beige piping and carpet. Too many Cream/Tan combos out there already.

Oxblood/Garnet, forget about the brown piping. I think these cars look best when simple. and whats wrong with "showy"? I went with a red interior because to me it is very Porsche.

Actually, it's not only Porsche - every other german sports car (especially cabrios) have a red leather option, and for most Mercedes' that's the showroom option.

Personally, I dislike, but to each... ;)

Pedro, if you are ever in town i welcome you to get in touch with me for a ride in my speedster. I assure you, its not the red leather interior that will stop you from being comfortable and relaxed. Pretty sure I have chrome wearing from the passenger grab handle. :) When built per owners specifications, these cars are about as personal as the shoes we wear on our feet. There is only one person the finish pallete needs to please.

john leaders seats looked great, brown with blue if i remember.

Gary, here's a couple of old photos of my white IM with red interior. I personally didn't like it, but my wife did.

I need red somewhere on any car I own. So the pale yellow speedy has an oxblood interior. I had contrasting piping only because the floors are still black and I was trying to tie the interior together.

enter the "selection mode", pick seat style, continue through the selection process.
(the portions of the seat will "pulsate", indicates this is the area to be filled with the selected color-sometimes it doesn't seem apparent, but once you go through the process a couple times, it's a pretty good visualizer)

I vote for the brownish tan. It's got a classy sort of feel to it.

I'm pretty much decided on single colour, tan, tan stitching and piping. I don't wnat the car to look flash and I quite like the stock look theme to it.

Gary, What color is your paint? is that white? There was a color called dolphin grey that looks like your color.I really am leaning to a dark red or oxblood interior with a white or grey...

I was in the same boat 4 months ago my car will be black or black cherry ice so I chose a dark red

Those dark red seats would look awesome in a white/off-white car, or black too. Very classic. Sporty with some elegance.

No I would have been missing some fingers after ! couple of older guys in my city paid $450 for 2 seats, 2 door panels, 2 upper door rails and back seat I was so impressed with the quality of work I tipped them a $50
