Up for sale is my IM 'D' model in a beautiful combination of cream with a cinamon brown leather interior and dark brown top. . The car has less than 12,000 miles and has been driven only 120 miles since December, thus the reluctant sale. I decided to offer the car first to this community as I know it would receive proper stewardship. The car is all original and includes the factory brochure and service booklet. I'm asking $22,500. Contact me at (804) 334-1990 for further details. Pat

Hi Pat,
You have a beautiful, well-kept car. Just as a suggestion, you will generate more interest on this site if you give all the particulars, including mileage, engine type and size, etc. Best of luck on your sale.
Somebody should snatch this up quick. Also, where is the car located?
What a wonderful opportunity for someone to get a primo car at a fair price.
Such deals rarely appear. I give it 2 weeks max.

Did you purchase new and what year and what is the location?
thanks
WOW!
Now is apparently the time to buy.
Just what I was looking for but I'm heading overseas on Wednesday! If I could only get the French air traffic controllers to go on strike, maybe I could finagle a way to make this work. . . For those reading, I just got off the tel with Pat and he stated he bought in December from the original owner. At that time the car was 3 years old.
May be a typo then....... in the topic heading it says it is a 2001 IM Convertible D.
I looked up the Area Code, appears as though it is in Virginia.
Hi Folks, I just sold the car via a gentlemen's agreement with funds to be delivered by Wednesday. I placed a reasonable price on a very nice car and the car sold itself. The purchaser lives in California.
In the event something goes wrong with the transaction, I will be re-listing on the SOC. Thanks!
If he stutters at all.....I'll wire ya the money the same day!
WOW, that has got to be some sort of record time for a sale. Congratulations to both Pat and the buyer.
That's the deal of the year. Glad both parties are happy with the transaction.
Man, those IM's really depreciate quickly.....

Yeah, even you could have afforded that one, Vince.
And Christian could have bought it without selling one of his Lincolns.
Not true! I'd have to make room in the garage! haha
Great buy for sure!
In 2001 the conversion rate on the US to Canadian currency was much better and the cars were less expensive. But still, a spanking good deal
I had a dream that Vince was wearing a strange hat, wearing cutoff gloves, white sungalsses and driving a white Miata. Then I woke up and saw this on another thread.
Vince even for SoCal- This is GAY:

Anand? Did you buy this one too??? With a Spyder, a 356 coupe and a 997 already in your garage, it's the only thing you don't have!
I know some of you may think (or wish) I went to the dark side, but have no fear, I was just trying to show Gerddddd how ridiculous he looked driving that thing.....
Besides that pic was taken Saturday morning after a nights debotchery, so I was not exactly in my right mind.....

Well, can we say that you certainly succeeded...I was wondering where the parade was.
I thing Vince looks smashing in that cute little white car.
I would have bought this car in a heart beat! Sorry I missed it, gotta watch SOC every day! Damn!
I spoke to Anand and he said it wasn't him that bought it.

Well why did you sell yours then?
Russ, I miss it every day! I have been stuck in Florida for months and have not gotten my car fix for a long time. Missing California and a nice drive with the top down along the ocean.
Did the money show up? Ive got it all laid out. Tom
That doesn't surprise me in the slightest. A tidy $20K profit puts it in the actual price range it should've started in.
Nuts.
I was sorry to have missed this car. I responded quickly, but contemplated for about an hour and BHMC bought it sight unseen before I was able to call back. Man that was a quick sale and a great deal. Not so much any more, I'm still licking my wounds.... Lesson learned.
Puts another perspective on that overpriced Vintage, eh.
