Didn't want to say it myself David, but you already did and I agree 100%.....
Everything is negotiable, so make him an offer. The car seems to be "loaded," as it were. I would offer him $21,500 (others might say this figure is too high) and see what happens. The worst is that the seller will say no, hunkering down on the 25K price. But, then again, he might lower his price to $23,500. But as has been said, I would ck with VS to see what a new car would cost with the same options. THEN..you have some solid figures with which to bargain with the owner. If you have cash, all the better. Contrary to some beliefs, money does talk.

OK, mine's pretty well loaded, too. A few very small cosmetic scars and I'll take the first $16,500. NOW who's still looking. email for more info ior pictures. Granted it has 6,000 miles on it, but it is what it is.
Based on last years rainy season (worst in history for California)
I would say the price of these "fair weather" cars should drop in the winter months, making this an advantagous time to get a fair price on one of these babys if you are a buyer....
Barry has a great point, call Kirk and see what a new one cost right now...

With a base price of $18,500 new from Kirk, how many add ons could make this car warrant $25,000?
I doubt seriously if there are many leaving Kirks at 18.5.....
but I agree 25.0 for a used one is edgy at best....
Sorry David B...

I agree with both of you....I'd estimate most VS's orders run around the low 20K's and that's pretty decent cars with a few options.
