Ahhhh....then you're 5 hours from Chris (the World headquarters of "Five Cent Racing"), and in another 1 hour, 15 minutes you two can be here on the "Southern Shore" with us and close to the decadence of Newport!! (You two must be "flying low" to get here in 5 hours, though).
Come down in June, and we can go to the Newport Flower Show at the "Rosecliff" mansion ( www.newportmansions.org/page3516.cfm )
or come any time and enjoy some of the best seafood and sailing there is!

Last year after Knott's and Carlisle were over, a lot of us sat around and said "Ok, so what do we do for the rest of the Summer?"
I'm determined to do more events this year, so I've started the season by finding a GREAT car-related event calendar:

I'm determined to do more events this year, so I've started the season by finding a GREAT car-related event calendar:

Hey New Englanders!
I'll be trying to make the Juke Box Diner Cruise Night on Tuesday nite in Somerset, MA most weeks this Summer, and will try to make the Wednesday Nite Cruise for Charity in Spencer, MA, later in June. Will try to get to Fonzie's in Wareham some Wednesday nite too, and once in a while to Hebert's in Shrewsbury on a Thursday nite or to the East Wareham Walmart on Thursday nite.
Friday's we'll try the Downshifter's cruise in Freetown sometime.
Saturday we'll try the Nest Diner cruise in Mattapoisett, and on Sunday's we might stretch it out a bit into Western Mass or into NH or CT, along with some of the show events (to be posted separately)
If anyone is thinking of going to a week night cruise or weekend show and would like some company (or maybe we can make a Speedster statement) please let me (and others) know and we'll try to hook up.
Might be fun to go someplace for breakfast or lunch sometime, too. Anyone have any ideas??
