2011 beck speedster 1915cc egine

Your 1915 has a std throw 69mm T1 crank but case and heads are bored out to 94mm (from stock 85.5 mm).  So stock setting from valves and distributor timing are fine.

DOT3 is old spec for brake fluid and is superseded by newer DOT4. 

On the brake fluid, I have been using Valvoline synthetic Dot 3/4. Change it every two years, and you should be good. Most people don't and end up with black crud in the master, calipers, and wheel cylinders.

See what # your distributor is - i.e. 009 take different timing from a vacuum advance speedo.

would it be possible to just replace with a 009 because thats no Problem to get parts from here in belgium.

for the flametrower i can only get parts in the usa

I have the Flamethrower distributor in my car and it is far superior to my old 009 in my opinion.

So wouldn't stock 009 points, rotor and cap fit your existing dizzy should the electronics fail.  Just keep a stock set "in case".
