Is this a replacement to the Pumpkin Run, Alan ?

Replacement Pumpkin Run name since no Pumpkins are ready that early ~

I know one Spyder will be there, most probably two.

Can't make it Alan - will be pulling into South Lake Tahoe that evening. And, I am going to miss the Tour d'Hoe also because I 'll be getting in too late.

Come to Ocean City in October.

How about "Vor Oktoberfest" -- "before" Oktoberfest which begins on 21 Sep (thru 16 Oct). Eagerly awaiting the posting of pictures (will someone annotate names of owners?)

First time to Pumpkin Run - expect a gymkhana run thru a parking lot with pumpkins vs orange cones!

The Winery has a Saturday afternoon live band, food vendor w/ beverages etc.

We'll be providing munchies too!

And of course... the wine tasting is free w/ all wines available for purchase.

 Speedster-palooza on the 14th, they are having their annual " Harvest Fest " that draws a large crowd and includes the live band, a home made wine contest, grape stomping, an air guitar contest and more.

We'll need a head and car count ASAP for ....our reserved parking area... and our own tent area.

Thanks for the reminder.Unfortunately I can't make the Palooza because it coincides with Yom Kippur and I have  a part in the Sat morning service. I will miss not being at this event because I had a great time at  the last two Pumpkin runs-I hope everyone has a good time.

I plan to be at Limerock vintage weekend on sat. aug 31 and hope to hook up with as many club members as possible,

I'm bumed Alan. I am at my time share in Virginia that weekend with my outlaws (I meam inlaws) I really wanted to do one of these pumpkin/vegatable runs. I'll see you in Lewisberry the following weekend.

THAT would be AWESOME. Paul! If I had a bit more disposable income, I'd be all over that trip! One of these days...

Paul, love ya but Jim doesn't want to ride in that Volvo! Fly into Stewart(SWF), and have Spyder transportation! If it rains you can jump into Lenny's Equinox, towing his Spyder!

That's just not fair Danny. Especially putting the Eqinox over the Volvo. ;-)

Amen to that. It's an illness, that's for sure.

I mean like this is a big time event this year .."I actually was able to complete a speedster in time for the run... a running completed speedy and this needs to be witnessed in person"

OK - I am in for sure - new ( untested ) tranny installed and everything back together - all works good and happy to say I don't pop out of 1st any more.

Winery details:

Our new destination is the Adams County Winery  www.adamscountywinery.com they supply plastic wine cups but,  do bring your favorite crystal goblet if you prefer.

Next to our reserved speedster parking area, we have a tent reserved ( so we can keep an eye on our rides) that has picnic tables and attached benches, you may also want to bring along a camper bag type chair.

Connie and I will supply a meat, cheese and veggie platter as well as desert.

There are also food vendors on site for the afternoon.

Oh, man! I LOVE that the Battle of Gettysburg has "official wines." I love EVEN MORE that one of them is called "Rebel Red."

Is this a great country, or what?

Very much looking forward to this year's run.
