Thanks Jim, I look forward to meeting you too
Terry & Ted, a meet up in Gilroy or Morgan Hill will be perfect (as long as you don't cruise freeways above 80mph!). I'm completely flexible on timing so happy to fit around your plans.
Best
Chris

Bob, anywhere a group of us gathers it becomes a car show. I'm sure we can print something up to make it official.
Sounds good to me! Just have to wait for my car to be done.
No worries, Chris. We can only go as fast as the slowest car.
911..............911..........911..........911
Y'know, Vince, I don't wonder how you find a photo like that, I wonder WHY?
LOL U BASTARDS. CARROL AND I WILL BE CHICAGO. HAVE FUN
No worries, Chris. We can only go as fast as the slowest car.
Hey, Theron! If you're going to remove questionable photos or posts, could you remove all subsequently related posts? I don't like looking like a disoriented dweeb, posting gibberish...
Thank you.

Not this year, Ted. With the new engine, no excuses.
Getting more and more excited about our 2015 SLO SOC gathering and decided to take a look at my video from 2014. Some of this was incorporated into Jim's excellent Pineapple Head production, but I thought I would upload some of what ended up on the cutting room floor.
Hope this helps convince anyone who is still undecided about going to make their plans to join in.
Be sure to click the little settings gear, on the lower right of the video, and select 1080p for high definition.
This is my quadcopter drone GoPro video.

HOW MANY ARE GOING?
TAKE LOTS OF PICS
And the Kingstons are ...............................
IN ! done, booked. Cannot wait to see our knucklehead-friends
Doug + Karine, kingsized bed, June 5 - 7 (Terry, too many details ;-)
Y'all realize this event is only 7 weeks away? Scott, do we have a restaurant? NorCal guys, do we have a caravan plan? Mitch, are you and Kathy going?
Vince, are we doing a raffle this year?
Doug, my brother, Kevin, always takes the left side bed...
...Mitch, are you and Kathy going?...
Just got clearance from SWMBO that it's a go, and made our reservations last night.
We're staying in Monterey Wednesday and Thursday nights, so won't be joining the caravan from the north. We'll be stuck doing that awful 100-mile stretch of coast road from Monterey through Big Sur. The sacrifices I make for youse guys.
Checking the calendar, I noticed one odd thing that could cause some confusion. Memorial Day this year is 5/25, the last Monday in the month. So, the weekend of 6/5-6/7 is actually TWO weekends after Memorial Day.
Let's all synchronize our watches.

Just talked to the old manager of Pappy MacGregors (last 2 years restaurant/ bar) yesterday. He said the manager from last year was fired within a few months of taking over,,,like we're surprised!! He's going to talk to the new manager and have him call me to discuss that weekend.
Since I had given up on Pappy's, I contacted the hotel and they agreed to allow us to use the breakfast room for our dinner if we desire. If so, we can have food delivered from one of the local Mexican or Italian places that do large trays for groups like ours. We would only need to work on the alcohol aspect, but that part should be easy.
Any thoughts or ideas?
I'd say we either stay with Pappy's or do the Mexican restaurant next door. That way hard liquor would be readilly available. Oh, wait...GERD won't be here this year. Better still to have the dinner off site. We want to be able to use the hotel next year, no sense in pissing off the hotel guests with this obnoxious group.
Arrangements have been made so I'll be there!
I'll be going down from Eugene, Or. Head west to the coast, and take PCH all the way down. Any one want to join up on the trip south? I'm off for the summer so open to changes too.
Keep me posted as I would love to show off the 359 I was just given as my early birthday present!

Any chance you can post some pics of your 359? I don't think I have ever seen one before.
That is pretty interesting. Who makes the body for these?
NICE! Unofun, looking forward to meeting up with you in San Luis Obispo with all the other SOC knuckleheads!

I REPRESENT THAT REMARK
June looks good to me. I would rather be with friends I don't see very often than to look at cars I will never see again. Thanks for your good work Scott.
JIMMY, IS VINCE GOING. IF SO GET SOME PICS OF THAT GAY BOY
Will do!
I have to miss this year for a variety of reasons. I hope to make it next year. Take a lot of pictures.
Eddy
eddy, take care. Sorry we won't see you this year.
Can we borrow your coupe???
Hey Larry,
I should ask you the same with your now super duper suspension. Will that get done before the trip?
I would love to try it on one of our local runs
I'm working on Pappy's for now. I'm not sure the Mexican food place down the street will allow us in there after GERD and Chris last year. We seem to have quite the reputation in SLO! LOL
Pretty soon we're gonna have to head to a whole new part of the state to start over again.
Any thoughts or ideas on where you guys (and gals) would like to see the cruise head to? Possible destinations, etc. I'm going to be sure we have designated gas stops for those of you who run short. So look for that as well!

Sorry you won't be able to join the shenanigans this year, Eddy! Hope all is well. We'll catch up on a cruise through Mulholland & Latigo Cyn.
Pappy's because of the ladies kilts.
+ =
Pappy's works fine, convenient location without driving (especially after tasting adult beverages).

HEY NOW JUST CAUSE I CANT MAKE IT THIS YEAR U CANT BLAME LAST YEAR ON ME. VINCE MADE ME DO IT
Scott, if you were to repeat the Saturday tour and lunch EXACTLY like last year I'd be a happy camper. The food that came out of that Airstream trailer was amazing!
Maybe add a few miles onto the drive?
Stick with Pappy's. Ryan has a lot of luck with the raffle there...
