2022 West Coast Cruise from the North

On Friday, June 3rd, of this year (2022) at 11:00AM, I'll be spending my "allowance" to fill SHPEEDY's tank at the Carmel-By-The-Sea Chevron station (3645 Rio Road & Hwy-1). I hope to be on the Pacific Coast Highway at no later than 12-Noon wave heading south to Big Sur, San Simeon, Cambria, Morro Bay, and the Quality Suites Downtown San Luis Obispo. While Google shows this itinerary to be 131 miles and driving time "without traffic" @ 2'57" (44.41 mph)....don't count on it! With stops for a potty break, photos, food/beverage, and another potty break, those 131 miles should fly by in about 4 hrs. That'll give plenty of time to check-in, unload SHPEEDY, make another potty stop, and be at the Hospitality Bar when it opens @ 5PM. If anyone's interested in forming a Clown Car Convoy, meet me at the Chevron and join in cussing out POTUS Brandon (as in "Let's Go") while paying $6.69/gal.
