This was at Jim Ansite's yesterday when Kathy and I stopped in to say hi.

It's the first A Spyder built. All aluminum. Owned by the owner of the Golden State Warriors. Jim's rebuilding the engine for it, one of two 4-cams he's currently building.

Jim also had a '60 B roadster which I neglected to photograph, he'd just finished a 1970cc motor for it that he said wound to 6K instantly and produced 135 hp on the dyno. I may go back out before it leaves to take some engine compartment photos, the cooler lines, thermostat and filter set-up was impeccable.

He also had a silver Carrera coupe, an A, which raced the Pan American by a gal whom I can't remember. Again, I didn't take photos.

Wow, really cool!

Come on down to the Emerald Coast. Azaleas, Camellias and the other Rhododendrons are in bloom and the temps are in the low 70's!
