The black one is actually PVC material, weather proof for open top cars, UV protected as well. The quality isn't as nice as if it were leather, I'd say an 8.5 out of 10. The black/black OMP wheel is 380mm in size.

What gauges are in this image? They look to have all black facing.

Probably just the lighting on the pictures above. They are black faced with green, just the standard gauges.
