My recollection, which is admittedly foggy, is that it was entirely coincidental, i.e., it was not like Austin Healey's BN 1, BN 2, etc. Ferdy Porsche had a list of the elements of the car's design, and that list had 356 entries. I got that from one of the restoration books, I think. Regards, Jim
