356 Registry license plate holder

Someone had one of these at Carlisle---it had a strip of red lEDs accross the top too. I thought that one would look good on my car but the Arkansas license plate has the state name very low at the bottom and the bottom of the plate holder covers up the state name. It's just our antique car plates that are this way but anyway it doesn't work on my car.

I'll send it free to the first SOC'er that asks for it and will reimburse me the postage.
