Hotel del Coronado in San Diego has a 356 they rent. Minimum 4hrs/$600. Now I'm not sure if this is limited to registered guests.

Sorry I should have said, I am located in Lancashire, England thanks for all your replys guys and to the gentleman that says just buy him one I really wish I could but i'm afraid borrowing one is the best I can do, although he says he WILL own one one day! Not sure on the cost looking at about £200 - £300 i think.
You should try www.speedsters.com, that's in the UK. I live in London though.
Tracy, Adam Featherston of High Peak, Derbyshire, joined our Facebook page a few weeks back. While that looks rather close to your location there in Accrington, he seems rather possessive of his IM Speedster and I highly doubt he's about to offer rentals. Perhaps a photo op.
