The second part mentioned is part of the 'guts' of the e-braking set up. The umbrella handle & cable is just the icing. I found as a retro-fit on my pan-based car it was a no-go; too many conflicts of space down low up front. The umbrella brake is best suited for installation as the initial build progresses with a lot of replicars.
