I am new to the forum. I have been looking around and I am ready to to get a bit more serious with my search for a 356 replica.

I like the look of the classic 356 speedster but I am leaning a bit more towards the widebody version.

I have 12K to spend. Is this reasonable for a 356?
I am fairly handy with bodywork, engine work etc. So I am hoping to get a car that is "ready to drive and have fun... but could use a little TCL..."

i have seen a couple of classic styling on Ebay that i am monitoring/bidding on... Widebody is my preference

If anyone can help I would greatly appreciate it!

I have a wide body that was built in 1988. It was only used for shows and the previous owner only put 70 miles on it. It was in storage for 20 years and I is excellent. It has only 78 miles on it now. It has a 1835 cc motor and 4 speed. runs great I was looking to get 15k but I will take 13k. If you email me at inxs140@aol.com I will send you photos. Also the car was never registered anywhere. It was used for shows. Thank You Don
