Simple fix.

$25.00 investment, 24 leds. Two strips of led's from Advance Auto Parts, worked into and glued using the self sticking adhesive on the strip in the space between the frame and louvres of my grille and then wired into the left brakelight. You have to be close and looking hard to see them when not lit.

Much brighter in person. Car was half in the garage, middle of the day.

Stevie Wonder couldn't miss this.

Michael:

Yeah but it is more than that. The nut detached from the backing plate on the light when I took it apart to replace the tail light bulb.

I need to see if I can get it tacked back on and then put it together. I think I still have the screw and the nut on my workbench. I'll bring them with when I come in tomorrow.

By the way, I have been accused of having a screw loose or missing on a number of occasions. Bet that doesn't surprise you.

This bad boy gets their attention. Course I only use it during the holidays. I just unplug my built-in light (barely visible under Santa's feet, below the grille) and plug in the fat man! It's got a really big trailer light inside of him and the whole thing lights up.
