They come in a variety of ways, two-, four-, five- and seven-point setups, depending.
I got both of my sets, a two-point set of RCIs and a five-point set of Pyrotects, from the JEG's catalogue.
FWIW, racing belts have periodicity requirements to make tech on serious tracks. If you're after them for looks, you might be able to find a set on racingjunk.com like these (below), for not a lot of money.

They're modular, too. If you start with a lap belt, you can add shoulder, crotch and arm restraints to them later on.
If you want two-point lap for now, I've got my old (one season, then replaced with the blue ones I have now) RCIs you can have. Right now, they're in my den, hanging on the wall near a piece of my old 928.
Yours if you want 'em.
