4 Speedy's & 1 (real) 356 coupe at Bugorama 59 in Sacramento on 9-3 | 356 Speedster, 550 Spyder, Replica, Automotive Community

Dale Bates, Micheal Beaucage, Steve Garland and I were on hand to yuk it up & hang out last Sunday at Sacramento Raceway. An added treat was a young fellow named Joel who showed up with his very original daily driver '57 coupe (barely seen on the right in the 1st photo).
Next sping, I think we'll shoot for more Speedy participation at Bugorama 60...... See Ya there!

Did you get a chance to watch that white bug doing low 10's (10.1 ET) on the track? I bet he got everybody's attention!

No, Jim, I didn't even get over to the track. I had such fun hangin' out with other owners and nice folks lookin' at our cars, I just spent my time in Speedster-land (next to the men's room).
The fact is, I live about 10 miles from Sac Raceway & have been there dozens of times over the years. Only visited the track twice since I got my Speedy, but I've never enjoyed the place so much.
