4th ANNUAL VENTURA SHOW

Don't know if there is interest in this but it would be a cool ride up the coast for us southern folks....Sept 11-12...check it out..

Been there done that! It is a cool show but it really is a Porsche only affair, that said I know that John Lutz managed to get is Vintage Spyder in the 1st one.

I've spoken to a notable source that says replicas are welcome, but I had a bad experience with the membership chairman from a local PCA and this is being considered, by them, as a PCA gathering - so, I'll pass.

Last year a JPS Speedster won its category in the Saturday People's Choice Award. The year before that an IM Replica won.
This is now the largest Porsche show in the country...lots of vendors...tons of cars...and a huge group of people who just appreciate all kinds of Porsches (including replicas).
C'mon guys, dial back that "sensitivity" and come up to Ventura.

I would love to make this one but I have my annual Block Party that weekend.
I'm in charge of the kid's events so I will have to go for the egg toss instead!
I will get to use my Spyder though...
the block party includes a neighborhood car show!

I assume from your post that you will be bringing the new GT. Be interesting in getting the crowds reaction to your new wheels. Better make some space on your trophy shelf!!
