No Gerd, we'll be going up and down PCH. If Saturday is better for the cruise we can do that too. Boat ride is open, at this point. SoCal Speedster guys will drive the decision.

Starting to get stoked for my trip. I fly out one week from tonight. I'm hoping to meet as many SoCal folks as possible on Sunday, 8-28.

I'm in for Sunday 8-28. I'm just breakin in my new ride and a shakedown with everyone would be awesome.

So far I have wet sanded the entire car and I took out the tach to have it converted to a VDO. The car is in need of a cruise!

Sounds like another SOC event taking place on the 28th! COOL!

Hey Vince, when is the El Segundo show? I might show up with my son.

I can't make it on the 28 as I have family flying in from the land of Oz that Sunday. Maybe I can just meet you guys at Topanga if that is where you guys are going to meet just to check out the new rides.

Eddy, the El Segundo show is this Saturday...

Tomorrow evening, I'm LAX-bound. Delta was even kind enough to send me an email telling me that I've been upgraded to first-class :-). On Friday, I somehow managed to pull out my right front tonneau Tenex pin & a big chip along with it. Fortunately, I found the chip and a little super glue for the chip, some JB Weld to fill the hole and cement in the pin, and a little touch up paint, and I would have to point it out to you. Now, I won't be thinking about this why I am in SoCal :-)

Tom it would be great to meet you. We'll be up north for the weekend, but are driving home on Sunday so maybe we can meet up with all you guys at the rudder room. Someone send me or Blake a text Sunday morning to let us know what time you guys should be there.

Unless there are any other suggestions, let's do our usual hook-up at 10:00AM at the Topanga Ranch Motel in Malibu Beach.

Tom, here's the address for your GPS directions. If you're in Thousand Oaks, maybe you could hook up with Gerd and Nick when they drive in from the valley/LA.

Boy, am I stoked! Thanks to all who can make it and to those who would have liked to, but can't. Epic trip, so far, PCH, Hearst Castle, Carmel, Monterrey Bay Aquarium, Golden Gate Bridge, Fisherman's Warf. Today, hopefully, Alcatraz. Tomorrow, PCH back to 1000 Oaks. Saturday, cruising channel islands on friend's boat, and spending the night at Gerd's. Sunday, the cruise, and then Brian & I fly our separate ways.

Sounds like a great time. And the weather is good too.

Tom, sleep very "tight", Gerd walks in his sleep.....

When I was with Gerd in Hawaii I slept with my A$$ facing the wall and it was tighter than a gnats ass sitting on a lemon wedge...

WELL HAD A GOOD TIME WITH TOM AND HIS SON BRIAN.
HAD A GOOD SHOWING OF PEOPLE TODAY AND JIMMY LET TOM AND HIS SON CRUISE IN HIS CAR WHILE HE DROVE THE RENTAL CAR. SAW SUPER CAR SUNDAY WITH TOM IN THE MORNING AND MET UP WITH NICK AND HIS NEW CAR.
WE THEN DROVE DOWN TO THE OLD TOPANGA HOTEL AND MET UP WITH JIMMY, WILL, ALEX AND DEREK. WE CRUISED UP THE COAST TO OXNARD AND TO THE RUDDER ROOM WHERE BLAKE AND JEN JOINED US AS THEY DROVE BACK FROM PASO ROBLES.
WE THAN CRUISED BACK AND WENT THRU MULHOLLAND AND THE ROCK STORE.
