BOUGHT THE 356A PORSCHE COUPE THATS ON MY WEBPAGE 3 YEARS AGO, GUY CAME INTO CANCUN FROM MEXICO CITY DURING CHRISTMAS AND WANTED TO SELL IT........NO ONE BELIEVES ITS A REPLICA, BUT IT IS, REAL NICE JOB. UNDERSTAND THERE WAS A COMPANY IN MEXICO CITY BUILDING THEM BUT HAD TROUBLE WITH THE MOLD.......HE JUST BUILT A FEW. LOTS OF SPEEDSTERS OUT THERE BUT THIS IS THE ONLY FIBERGLASS COUPE REPLICA THAT I'VE SEEN. IT'S A KEEPER, NO PLANS ON SELLING IT.
Dominick, It is a very nice car from the photos. It looks like a car made in the '80's by Envemo. I have an Envemo Cabriolet. Their cars are so close to the real deal that I've had Porsche dealers who could only tell the difference by tapping it to see that it is fiberglass and not metal. I've been looking for one of their Coupes for a long time, but it seems that very few made it to the USA. If you do a Google search for Envemo, one of the first hits is a guy in Mexico City (I think) standing next to his car. Looks like your car. If you ever do decide to sell it, please give me first crack at it.
HERB, THANKS FOR THE INFO ON "ENVEMO" I CHECKED OUT THE PAGE AND SURE ENOUGH......THERE IS WAS, THE FIRST REPLICA 356 COUPE I'VE EVER SEEN.LOOKS GREAT. THEY SAID THAT THE PRODUCTION FROM 1980-1992 WHEN THEY WERE IS BUSINESS WAS AROUND 320 OF WHICH 100 WERE CABRIOLETS......SOME 200 OR SO COUPES. YOURS IS ONE OF THE 100 NICE!!!! THANKS FOR THE INFO HERB. YOUR ON THE TOP OF THE LIST IF I EVER WANT TO SELL IT. ??????WHAT DID YOU PAY FOR YOUR????? IF YOU DON'T MIND TELLING ME.

Herb, if you like to see photos other than the ones on my Porsche site........www.dominicks-sportscars.com .....give me your email and I will send them to you. It's great to be back in Cancun where I can really enjoy my cars. 3 months in Manhattan, walking, buses, trains and cabs.......good to be back behind the wheel.
