Under the seats is the fine ribbed 356 door sill rubber, which you can buy in larger sheets. I cannot tell on the inner rockers and front floor. The front floor should be the same ribbed rubber, but it's mostly under typos paper mats. The 356 Carrera GT used 2 different type of vinyls over the years, Schwartz Plast which was a finer grain vinyl and [I forget the name} elephant grain vinyl. Not enough texture for this to be the faux elephant hide but it may be the smaller pebble grain stuff... It sorta looks like unbacked closed cell sound deadener too... hard to say and I'm not sure how many M&W owners are on the board.

Thanks Carey,
I did a quick Google image search before posting and I could not find anything with other Martin Walker Spyders.
I thought the black vinyl versus carpet just added to the utilitarian race car look of the vehicle.
I don't know if this helps, found the dealership description,
"This example is number six of a run of 11 built by highly respected Paul Foreman in Kent"
