Where can I get some LED's for my Porsche?

CiP1 carried them at one time..... Instrument lighting....
LEDs drop the voltage across them between 1.8 and 3.3 volts depending on color. They don't really care 6v or 12v , either will work. But, they need a resistor to ensure that too much current doesn't flow through them. resistor depends on how much current the LED can sink, this controls brightness to an extent.
As Danny said the brightness of an LED can be diminished, sometimes quite a bit when using a resistor for them for 6V use...yes they will work on a 6V system, in fact even a standard bulb normally used in 12V systems will work in a 6V system but they will be considerably dim.
I was hoping to buy the 6 volt LED bulbs, and plug them in. Is there a source
for the bulbs, resistors, blinker switches, with some basic instructions for the
electrically impaired?
Also, how much do these bulbs cost, and where can I get them.
here is one company that you can order 6V LED's from...cost is around $4-8 ea. depending upon the bulb needed
I already have some of those LED's. They light but won't
blink. I found another source, but they're $29.00 each.
I haven't purchased any considereding the price, and
my questions about resisters, and where to put them.
You need an LED-rated flasher. The new bulbs don't have enough resistance(or load) to trigger your old incandescent flasher relay.
Thanks,
Why are some of these bulbs
$29.00.

Some of them are made to work without need of resistors for 6V or dedicated LED/electronic flashers. Are they worth $29ea? I do not know...the 'cheapie' ones I run on 12V seem to work just fine
What GR says X2. I use cheapies from ebay. Turn signals (front) , E flashers front , 3rd rear brake light, and under the dash light. No known resistors.
