These are NOS never issued official VA license plates. Mint unused condition. Says CONV on them. I was going to use to register my CMC built on a '70 VW chassis under VA's antique plate program. $50 lifetime registration and no inspections/emissions. My move to FL has nixed that plan. $80.

NOTE: Strange that in VA a car is an antique after 25 years - in FL its 30. Yet you are considered a senior citizen in FL at age 55!
