I purchased this IM Speedster in 2001 with 12K miles on it and I have only driven it an additional 840 miles.

Since purchasing the car, I have:

  * replaced the carbs with dual 40mm Kadrons.

  * installed OEM "doghouse" fan shroud & oil cooler.

  * replaced the entire front beam & steering box.

  * installed new shocks

  * installed adjustable rear spring plates.

  * replaced wheels, hub caps & tires (165R-15 Kuhmo).

  * installed CompuFire ignition.

  * replaced rubber trim & badges from Stoddard Porsche.

  * converted tear drop tail lights to beehives from Stoddard Porsche & LED bulbs.

  * painted in correct 1956 Porsche Ruby Red 2 stage urethane.

  * original Porsche 914 gauges replaced with replica 356 gauges from Beck (in Km).

  * new carpet from Vintage with DynaMat soundproofing.

  * new quality vinyl interior (black w/ gray piping).

  * new battery

  * new canvas tonneau cover.

Known issues:

  * "10' paint job", very slick, but numerous flaws (solvent pops, flaw in body work between tail lights)

  * hi beam does not work

  * needs a good tuning (mild flat spot off idle).

  * needs top, have frame & original top (poor condition).

We are empty nesters looking to downsize & simplify our lives. The house and 3 car garage is being sold.

I have approximately 17.5K invested.

I am hoping to sell the car rapidly, all reasonable offers will be considered.

You may contact me  @ Hogndogz at hotmail.com

The car is located in the Greenville, SC area
