For those of you who don't visit SpeedsterOwners FaceBook, Dave Mitchell is selling his 2010 Intermeccanica Speedster. This is one really bitchin' car. All 911 underneath! $75K

I don't think Dave checks in here much, but if you're interested I'll pass it on.

The main problem as I see it with these high end IM's, is that there are those who can afford and willing to spend the big bucks for the build, but when done with them, find it necessary to take a serious bump on resale.....

This is not a knock on IM, we have established their superior quality long ago, more likely

a knock on willing buyers for used high end imitations...

How can I get to see this car? I am not on Facebook, but my wife is, can someone give me a hint on how to see this IM? Icahn log on with her info to FB....

in my opinion the more traditional looking  IM's seem to appeal to a larger audience and hold their resale value very well as opposed to the more wild versions out there.  I'm not sure if this one on FB is more period correct or more pimped, but I do think that if you're going to pay the big dough it's probably best to keep it for the long haul and enjoy it....

Thanks

Christian - A '64 Lincoln 'vert is #3 on my car wish list. #1='74 Dino 246GTS, #2 Chopped & channeled '49 Mercury!

Here's my current 64. I would only get rid of it if I had a vert to replace it.

This gets rented out with the studios more than any of my other cars
