I thought this was pretty creative and neat. I wonder how he did the windshield.

I "think" that's a factory 911 speedster windshield grafted in. Then you could also use the factory 911 side-windows and top. Huge amount of fabrication on the rear of this car to go from a coupe to a speedster. **I LOVE IT!**

It didn't look to be as rounded as the 911 speedster windshield at the top. There is a real one a few ads down. It almost look like they just cut down the stock windshield. I like the car and respect the guy for building it.

To clarify - didn't the 911 factory "speedster" (1989?) actually have a lowered windshield, similar to the 356 speedsters? As I recall, they always looked a little strange due to their proportions.

This is a pic of an 89 911 speedster. I think they look cool (but my sense of asthetics is, according to my husband, questionable....) Its beside a 356 speedster for comparison. angela
