914 instruments

So n e body got 914 gauges in theirs?? Got a set and the dudes are bigger than I thot. Will call for judicious hole poking. Any suggestions? ...Relative to the instruments that is.

I have a new tach you can have for $100. I was going to have it modified to an 8,000 RPM face but am selling my car and getting Carrera marked instruments for my new Carrera Speedster replica.

Beck has the complete set of Brazilian VDO gauges for $375.

I have 3 VDO Gauges which came in the car I am restoring. Could you please mail me any wiring diagrams and installation instructions that you may have. I noted the numbers on the top of the face plate. If possible, could you please also tell me the type, model, etc.

Brian, I just posted 3 jpg's on VDO wiring I did on my CMC several years ago. Go to the members files and look at the sub folder VDO wiring. One shows the rear of the guages and the other two marked L and R go together. Print it and tape it together. I do not have a large enough scanner to do it on one pass.
