this december is a busy one
For the trip from the Reagan Library to Eric Ericsons, it will take about 1 1/2 hours to go over the hill to Fillmore, west to Santa Paula, and then north to Ojai, then down to Ventura. Lots of twisties on that route. Otherwise, from Fillmore to Ventura is basically all freeway. What's everyones pleasure, or shall we just wait to see what the time is when we leave the library? Or we could just kick it up a notch and have a really fun ride. Now, I'm for that. We could put DatBeMe in front, and chase the crap out of him.
The tentative schedule is:

10am-10:30 meet-n-greet at our local donut shop
*(TREATS ARE ALL ON ME!)

10:45-12:15 Reagan Library
*(NOT SURE OF GROUP TICKET PRICING YET, WAITING ON FINAL HEAD COUNT)

12:15-12:30 drop toys at local firehouse

12:30-2:00 run to Ventura pier VIA a FUN canyon
*(WARREN WILL HELP WITH EXACT ROUTE)

2:00-3:30 lunch on the pier at Erik Eriksens
*(WORKING ON A SINGLE-PRICE SET MENU)

3:30 leave for the Camarillo outlets or home
I'll pray for good weather, if the weather is bad I will not be making it. I am permanently topless and a drive in the rain will turn me into a soggy Scotsman. If it's dry - my vote is for lots of twisties and fun roads. Looking forward to this. I may bring a right-seater this time... If she acts right :)
Cheers gents
C'mon guys, it doesn't rain in Southern Cal. It will be fine. In case I'm wrong, however, I will not go if it's raining either. My car is definitely a fair weather ride. As far as maps Billy, I will take care of that. Also, the lead and last car need to talk in case someone has to stop for some reason. We can figure that out at the drivers meeting. Also, I would suggest we top off prior to meeting at the library, so we don't waste time on the way.
Well, I stoped by Vintage yesterday and my car is looking Great!Kirk said he would try and have it finished by Tues. Fresh paint, New hp tranie, rebuilt engine, trunk carpet, new windsheild, early steering colume and Kirk said my chrome looked like sh** so he put on new. I leave for Hawaii on Wed. so if it is not done it will stay at Vintage for 2 more weeks. Looking forward to another cruze on the 13th
