REAGAN LIBRARY UPDATE:
A very nice person that runs the groups at the library Named Lisa Doyle, has done the following for us:
1-Arranged private parking in the lot with Airforce One (great picture opportunity).
2-Lowered entrance fee to only $9 per person (IMPORTANT: She will need me to collect this in cash prior to paying at the entry desk).
3-Also....she has waived the tour guide fee and will be providing a person to privately tour us through the library.
This is the best possible way to see the site!
A reminder....please bring $9 cash per person (library) and $22 cash per person (lunch) if you will be participating in these specific events.

Are we ready for this? I have maps ready. I have my cell phone number on the map as the lead car, but I will need a volunteer to bring up the rear. I would like to put that cell number on the map in case we need to stop for any reason. Don't forget to gas up before you get to the library.

This is definitely MY kind of group - totally DYSFUNCTIONAL (but good for a laugh)! I will bring route maps for the Reagan Library including a scheduled fuel-stop just before reaching the Reagan Library (Yosemite St. exit 118 Fwy). Vince, our group will meet you at Starbucks around 09:00!

One option may be instead of Yosemite exit, make our fuel stop at the gas station on the NW corner of Madera/Tiera Rejada Rd (just north of your donut shop). I can't tell on the Google map what station it is (Shell/Mobil/Texaco?) or if it's still in business. Any recommendation on this, Gerd/Billy?
Either way, I'll give you a call as we are leaving Starbuck's (Torrance/Redondo Bch) with a timeline/ETA to your location.

jim, that is an arco with a tiny lot and a couple of pumps, its a bitch to get in and out and no parking, it will take longer then the shell on yosemite that has pumps for all the speedsters at once.
Anyone meeting at the Starbucks off Artesia (I may be the only one) be there by 8:45, when Jimbo arrives, we leave....that may save a few minutes....I agree Jim, we can gas up at Billy's (rock-a-billy)

Hey guys I'm having some problems with the car shifting. First and Reverse! Argghhhhh!
I'm going to try and take a look at it Thursday or Friday morning and see if I can get it fixed. It runs great, shifts fine once I'm in first but getting it back in first is tricky. Hope to make it but I'll keep you guys posted if I can't get it fixed.

Scott - in worse case scenario, if you can't get the shifting thing squared-away on your Spyder, you should still show up at the Reagan Library for the cruise. I'm sure there would be a right seat available for you.
