The proportions aren't too bad, but the driving experience will be a bit of a let down, I think.
I love it!! I lusted after a Dino when they were $15,000...and that was all the money in the known world. Ferrari South was located in Jackson, MS in an area where, now, you need to take your gun with you. It was safe then. There was one on the floor and I'm too tall. Wanted a Lotus too. Same excuses apply.
Seats need some air added (maybe nitrogen?) Nasty looking underneath! Is a different Honda engine swap frequently done? 1500 cc won't cut it once the red paint is applied.
I think the parts sourcing was very clever. It is too bad the body isn't in better condition.
So it's on a Del Sol and I think those were pretty peppy. But you could put a turbo on it or an Acura V6 in there and make it scream.
I think it's a viable project for someone with a real itch, but, man...so many things could be wrong and so many other things you wouldn't think of are also probably wrong. Requires skill and persistence.
