Hooked up with Will at Cars & Coffee on Saturday morning, then headed north to Malibu Beach to join Vince for a run to the German Auto Fest in Ventura. BEAUTIFUL weather along the coast, 70 degrees & clear skies, cool breeze. Bill W - hope to catch you and your new ride on the next cruise.
At the show we, we caught up with Warren White and his 58 Carrera, John Leader (who was working the PCA goodies booth) and Gerd. Show attendance was down significantly from previous years, but still a lot of nice cars.
After leaving the show to head home to SoCal, Will & I detoured through the Santa Monica Mountains and terrorized Mulholland Drive and Topanga Canyon Road down into Malibu Beach. Continued south to PCH in Seal Beach for dinner. After dinner, continued south on PCH through Newport Beach and Laguna Beach. Nearly 300 miles of SEG cruising on a great day to be a car buff in SoCal...
