depends if you are using a microwave or convection (tongue in cheek).
The process all depends on the paint you are using not only the structure. All paints are meant to be applied at room temp and higher (preferred). I have shot paint at 20F degrees (not smart I know) and then carried the pieces inside to dry at room temp.
I'm not recommending this but it all turned out fine. With two part paint they catalyze themselves with temperature being "less" (I said less)important.
Burak:

Give it a day at room temp (70-72F) to do the initial cure. After that, it's safe to start color sanding.

For example, at my car club meeting this month we had a demo on how to correct problems in paint - orange peel, dust and trash in the paint, runs, etc.

The parts were painted in the Morning and air-dried (no heat room) at room temp at the body shop.

We all arrived around 6pm and the demo of color sanding started at 6:30pm (1000, 2000, 3000 grit wet paper, then 3M 3-stage compounding with a rotary buffer). The paint worked beautifully and looked like a show job when done.
