Just read a different post about adding AC after the fact.  Got me thinking maybe I should put AC in my new build with Intermeccanica.  Anyone have any input on whether or not AC is worth it.  Does it affect value that much?  I am in New England and I will be using my car hopefully for about 5 or 6 months per year weather permitting.  I rarely drove my last car with the top down, but figured since this one will be new and Suabru powered, I am more likely to be making longer trips and it may be worth it.  Any thoughts on this?  Thank you.

I agree with what Gerdddd said

Having it will give you more flexibility with the days you can comfortably drive the car. Take Wednesday for instance, it’s going to be 95+ degrees here in MA. When I leave the house at 6am I can drive with the top down when I’m out and about in the afternoon and sitting in traffic on 128 the top will be up and the AC will be keeping me comfy. If I didn’t have the air I wouldn’t be driving the car tomorrow. I use mine on long trips like back and forth to Carlisle even if it’s not that hot 7 hours with the wind buffeting you can wear on you.

I'm running the Subaru engine and stock AC/Compressor with the Vintage Air combo(heat/air) does a great job you won’t be sorry.
