Additional LED Stop Light

I've been away from this site for some time and have a question which may have already been answered.
Has anyone found a neat way of adding an additional LED brakelight?? The best looking that I can find is off the latest Jaguar convertibles. It looks like it would fit, but it might cost an arm and a leg.
If this subject has already been exhausted in the past please refer me to the earlier posts. Thanks, ........Fran

I purchased a led strip from JC Whitney for about $18 and attached it to my license plate frame. Had to drill one small hole in back of the plate, out of sight, and hooked up the hot wire to the brake light wire and grounded it to the tin. Works fine and an additional item for the tailgaters to maybe make us a little more visible. Every little bit helps, hopefully!
