Define "movement"..... Pivot pin wobbling??? Without being there, we can't help much without data....
Your silver car looks to be a wide body CMC? The hinge point is bolted to the ~2x2" steel bar that goes side to side. Perhaps the 2 bolts per side have vibrated loose? Look/feel up under dash to see if they came loose. Use lock washers or Nylock nuts so they don't vibrate loose. Or as LeonC pointed out the pivot point could be wallowed out - use a larger pivot bolt.

Both bolts under dash tight. Feels like hinge going into bracket is loose. Opening in wall where hinge goes too small to feel head bolt to bracket. I can move hood sides and getting movement up and down.
Three bolts on each hinge, one under the dash that passes horizontal through a heavy gauge metal bracket..... check for bracket bolts and hinge bolt movement there. The other two bolts pass through the hinge and though the bonded aluminum place on the hood...check for looseness there. If you find and issue but are not sure how to fix it let us know.
2 bolts under hood tight. Movement coming from bolts under dash. Unable to reach bolt from hood area, to small of opening. Under dash support box fiberglass to body. Unable to see bolts. Think might have to cut box apart from body. Than be able to tighten bolts.
Yes, that is the only way to reach the bolts up behind the dash. Cut away the boxes that enclose the bolts and go from there. You may need larger diameter bolts.
