Is an adjustable spring plate made up of two separate plates that slide against each other? One that swings freely up and down, doing the adjusting of the wheel height. The other which is secured to the torsion bar and stays relatively in place.
Or, is an adjustable spring plate one unit that comes on and off the torsion bar in one piece?
