I am currently installing a pair of adjustable spring plates. I have a few questions that I hope someone can answer. On the rear torsion bar tube that is on the frame, does the torsion bar go all the way in and stop then you install your adjustable spring plate? Or do you install the torsion bar into the adjustable spring plate and then set you angle and begin install the torsion bar on the inner splines on the frame tube? How deep are the splines on the inner frame tube in mm? Do the inner torsion bar splines that go into the frame tube have stops for the torsion bars? I have a 67' beetle swing axle chassis.
