Adjusting Weber Carburators

Any additional hints from those that have real life experience would be appreciated. (The last carburator I adjusted was on a lawnmower motor powering my home made my go-cart).

After looking at the website above I was still a bit intimidated, so I took the Air Tub to a fellow who has been a VW and Porsche mechanic for about 25 years to have the carbs adjusted. He showed me a tool he uses to calibrate the airflow and described the process of synching the barrels (front and back then side to side). The book you suggested sounds like a worthwhile investment. I'm on it!
