adjusting your solex carburators

Looking for info on adjusting your dual solex carburators.
I've looked through 25 websites on adjusting solex carbs, but
non of them pertain to VW's.

The car and motor are 1 year old. I have the vintage 1915cc motor
with the dual solex carbs. Other than the idle screw in front, I can only see 1 other large brass screw, which I believe to be the
air/fuel mixture.

Is there any websites, manuals, or methods on adjusting your solex carbs?
