Do the mirrors have two bolts on them or a pin on the front and bolt toward the back? If they do have two bolts how the heck to you access the nuts for the front one?

Both my mirrors are a bit loose and I want to tighten them down, I can reach, barely, and feel the one bolt/nut closest to the cockpit on both mirrors but there is no way I can get my hand further back into the opening I have on each side to even try and feel for another one.

Thanks,

Gary

Yes they are mounted on the front fenders, no way to reach in from the cockpit openings...the way I figure it when this car was originally built the builders may have blown off the forward(toward the front) nuts entirely, this is just from some of the other things I've found on the car that I've since fixed ...

My philosophy is if you are going to do a job you are hired to do...do it correctly to the best of your ability...so darn many shortcuts were taken upon my car I'm surprised it has held together since being built in '92...(shaking head).  It is now getting there but it has been time consuming fixing other's mistakes.
